My Transformation Journey

I know what it’s like to struggle with fat loss. I tried multiple times to shed fat and get in shape, but I failed repeatedly due to lack of knowledge and direction. After COVID, I hit my lowest point—weighing over 90 kg, feeling sluggish, unmotivated, and unhappy. That’s when I made a decision: I would never feel like this again.

I committed to a structured plan, mastered fitness and nutrition, and transformed my body—losing 18 kg in 6 months and achieving a well-defined physique with just 12% body fat. This journey didn’t just change my body—it changed my mindset. It fueled my passion to help others break free from the same struggles and achieve real, lasting results.
