At Transform with GT, we prioritize client satisfaction and transparency. However, due to the personalized nature of our services, please read our strict no-refund policy outlined below:
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases for:

1-on-1 Personal Training, and
-
Customized Workout or Diet Plans
are non-refundable under any circumstance. Once a plan is purchased, no refunds will be made—regardless of usage, progress, or dissatisfaction.
2. Why No Refund?
Each plan is custom-designed after analyzing your goals, body type, and health background. Considerable time and effort go into creating and supporting your program. As such, we cannot offer refunds for services already rendered or delivered.
3. Non-Transferability
Purchased plans are for individual use only and cannot be transferred, gifted, or reassigned to another person.
4. Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)
We may consider a refund only if:

There was an accidental overcharge or error in billing

5. Cancellation Policy
Since services begin immediately after purchase or scheduling, there is no cancellation available after the order has been placed.
